1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the binding legal agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and php646 ("php646," "we," "us," or "our") for access to and use of the php646 website located at https://php646.best and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slot games, and promotional offers.

You must notify php646 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. php646 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Currency

All php646 accounts are operated in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). All displayed amounts, deposit totals, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes are denominated in PHP. php646 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact php646 support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Source of Funds

By depositing funds on php646, you confirm that the money you are depositing is lawfully yours and is not derived from any illegal activity. php646 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may request documentation at its discretion. Deposits associated with suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

php646 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (₱) to GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank accounts via InstaPay or PESONet.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirements completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal of real-money funds.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding security or compliance reviews.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is separate).

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

6.2 Void Bets & Cancellations

A bet will be voided (stake returned) in the following circumstances:

• The event result is not officially confirmed within 72 hours of the scheduled conclusion.
• A technical error caused materially incorrect odds to be offered.
• The bet was placed after the event had concluded.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play bets on php646 are subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. php646 will not be responsible for connection delays or interruptions that affect the timing of live bet placement. Bets accepted after an event conclusion — where the outcome was already determined — may be voided at php646's discretion.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet stakes are set per market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. php646 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7Bonuses & Promotions

All php646 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible php646 members only. New member welcome bonuses are limited to one claim per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on php646 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds without prior notice:

• Creating more than one php646 account or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature of the service.
• Match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that involves criminal proceeds.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated activity, including use of multiple accounts by related parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the php646 platform.
• Chargebacks initiated in bad faith after confirmed withdrawals or legitimate transactions.

php646 actively monitors accounts for unusual activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally where required by applicable law.

9Privacy & Data

Where a valid real-money balance exists in a closed account that was not in breach of these Terms, php646 will return the balance after completing all applicable verification steps, minus any bonuses that had not yet met their wagering requirements.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php646 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical interruption, connection errors, or system maintenance; losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or game results displayed due to a technical fault; or losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to protect their credentials.

php646 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. php646's total liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
